Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we offer store credit for eligible returns within 90 days of your purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fees will be applied.

Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds. Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at [Support@TryEvermark.com] to request a return.

  2. Pack the item securely, including your order number and name.

  3. Ship the item back using your preferred shipping method (tracking is recommended).

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your item for store credit and place a new order.
